I am 40. I feel I need to go back to school to move to a better paying position.
I went to Business School (18 month program) 20 years ago. I wonder if any of those classes are transferrable. confused
I worked as a travel agent for 5 years then took time off to raise children. I got involved with teaching preschool 5 years later and have worked with a second preschool program, then in a bed and breakfast as an assistant, now for the last 6 years in an elementary school as a teachers aide and computer lab "instructor".
My main interest would be in computer technology.
I don't know whether I should start with a community college or 4 year college. confused
I am a recent widow with 2 teenage daughters. How much financial aid can I get? confused I know I would have to do this in addition to working.
I am also interested in on line classes. Can you get financial assistance for these? eek
How can I find out if my business school courses are transferrable confused ?
Do many colleges offer "life credit" confused
