Hello everyone! I'm new here so I figured I would just jump right in with a question.

I'm 30 and started college in August. I'm going for my RN and can't decide if I want to do the BS program or the Associates program. Here is my dilema...

I applied for the Associates program that starts in Aug. However, if I am accepted I still have about six core classes that will need to be finished while doing the nursing. Yet, if I decide to hold off another year until my core is finished then I will be sitting around with nothing to do for a semester.

What would you do? go ahead and do nursing with the classes or finish the core first? Thanks for the input.

Good question...

I don't know anything about being an RN or going to nursing school but something tells me you're wondering if you should work while going to school... or something like that. And that depends on a lot of things. Your age, your financial situtation, whether or not you have a family, etc. Without all the facts, it's hard to answer.

Since you posted this question two weeks ago, you probably already have your answer! Sorry I didn't see it sooner.
